Our largest project to date, the Williams residence, was an exciting collaboration with an interior design and architect that we've been working with since our company began. The interior design embarked on a project to design and build her own Brentwood home and asked for our help to achieve her design. Over the course of 16 months, we've overseen the demolition of the existing 1950s home and now the ground-up construction of a new French manor-style residence with modern interior finishes. The design incorporates some of the best of traditional architectural elements (old-world brick, Italian marble, stained oak doors to name a few) together with the highest quality contemporary appliances and systems (Miele and Subzero appliances, Lutron smart dimmers, linear vents, Marvin weatherproof windows, etc). The Williams Residence is truly a standout home for its blend of traditional and modern, a perfect fit in the upscale Crestwood neighborhood in which it is located. It will undoubtedly stand as a beautiful architectural contribution to its neighborhood while also being a wonderful home for a growing family.
