After the liberalization of zoning codes in 2019, our company enthusiastically embraced the new housing movement around ADUs (alternate dwelling units). Our first ADU project consisted of rebuilding a 1920's Craftsman garage into a living space for a retired educator. As homegrown Angelenos with a deep appreciation for LA's architectural legacy, we have a passion for repurposing historic architectural forms into contemporary livable spaces. Repurposing this classical garage (which likely housed early automobiles like the Model T), we are proud to contribute to the preservation of LA's heritage while also meeting the contemporary demand for more housing.
