For our first project, we had the honor of taking on an exterior renovation of a classic Hollywood Hills Mission Revival home. Originally built for R&B legend Bill Withers in the 1960s, the home was overdue for a make-over. The client, a young man in social media advertising, endeavored to preserve much of Withers' legacy in the house while updating the features to reflect the clients' passion for health and fitness. To that end, we revitalized the exterior facade, installed new Ipe decking, and built out an entire health & wellness area of the property, including a Nordic sauna, cold plunge tub, and outdoor workout area. We also prepared a upper roof deck with enviable 270 degree city views, for entertaining our clients guests.
